Conflict Solutions, LLC, with a combined 18 years of teaching and training, provides a wide-range of training services in the area of conflict resolution including:

bulletAttendance Improvement Mediation (24 hours)
bulletConflict Resolution for Individuals and Groups (Amount of time based on needs)
bulletTeam Building (Amount of time based on needs)

Training programs can be designed for groups' specific needs and characteristics whether business, government, non-profit or community groups.  In addition to community volunteers, Conflict Solutions staff have worked with government groups including Richland County, SC, South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and the FAA; businesses such as SCANA; and non-profits such as the Community Mediation Center and Appleseed Legal Justice Center.  All training sessions are a mix of lecture (including theory), interactive work (small and large group) and role play and designed to keep all types of learners engaged.
